Summary

Swimming course of 5 sessions of 30 minutes from Monday to Friday. Small group of 5 students maximum.
For who ? : I put my whole body underwater and I go to great depths without any means of flotation.

I am learning to float and move using an educational course to become independent at great depths and know how to return to the edge of the pool safely. COURSE LIMITED TO 5 STUDENTS MAXIMUM. FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY For optimal learning conditions, it is preferable to bring a lycra or a small wetsuit so as not to be cold. Also, you can bring your glasses as well as your swimming cap to be more comfortable. Show up 10 minutes in advance at our Pool Nat' next to the beach lifeguard station.
