Summary

Swimming course of 5 sessions of 30 minutes from Monday to Friday. Small group of 5 students maximum.
For who ? : I am 4 years old and I know how to put my head under water or I am over 4 years old and I have not yet put my head under water.

Level suitable for children from 4 years old who know how to put their head under water on their own initiative or over 4 years old who encounter difficulties. The start of the course takes place at shallow depths in a laid out and fun course. It ends at great depth in order to understand the loss of plantar support and flotation by passive ascent. COURSE LIMITED TO 5 STUDENTS MAXIMUM. FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY For optimal learning conditions, it is preferable to bring a lycra or a small wetsuit so as not to be cold. Also, you can bring your glasses as well as your swimming cap to be more comfortable. Show up 10 minutes in advance at our Pool Nat' next to the beach lifeguard station.
