But what is it? They are huge cabins made up of healthy water and loaded with 75% Epsom salt (also called magnesium sulphate) allowing the body to float. Our sessions promote relaxation and relaxation of the muscles thanks to the magnesium content. They also help relieve pain, stiffness and tension and make it easier to fall asleep. 1 hour of floating is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep But how is this possible? When the brain is at rest and immersed in this salt water, you are in a state of relaxation, a little between wakefulness and sleep. You no longer face external stimuli or mental load. During this session, the state of consciousness is modified, the brain waves are slowed down but you are still aware. A few instructions to float well:- Do not have colored your hair in the week preceding your session- Avoid all shaving at least 6 hours before and all waxing 12 hours before your session- Limit the absorption of caffeine before your session- Favor a meal rather light 2 hours before - It is not recommended to come and float during the menstrual period Cancellation: At any time at 04.50.22.63.72 or directly at the Pure Breath center. 72 hours before the date of the session, Pure Breath will retain 3% of the price paid as administration fees. Less than 72 hours before the date of the session, Pure Breath will retain 50% of the price paid, i.e. 3% for administration fees and 47% as compensation.
