Cyril Bouvet (herbalist and mountain guide) and myself, Lionel Scaturro, offer you for the release of our book the "Guide to wild plants in the mountains: discovery, identification, picking and uses" published by Terre Vivante, 2 types internships to discover the different uses of wild plants.

After more than a year spent imagining, structuring and writing this book of more than 400 pages, hundreds of recipes, nearly 300 photos of plants to learn to recognize them, dozens of nature activities and many other things still to be discovered over the pages; We couldn't stop there. It was necessary to concretize this work by animations on the ground!Both passionate and lovers of nature, our complicity and our differences will bring you 2 crossed glances which will enrich your knowledge on the flora of our mountains. During this course, we invite you to discover, in the Bauges massif, wild plants and all their uses (culinary, medicinal, cosmetics, dyes, recreational, agricultural, honey-producing, etc.). The 2 days we will spend together will be for you the time to take a break from your daily life, a moment to reconnect with nature. Between forest and mountain, you will discover plants in a different way and you will leave with your heart and mind filled with knowledge and well-being. and presentation of the stay accompanied by an herbal tea of wild plants- Stroll to discover plants and their uses (culinary, medicinal, cosmetics, dyes, recreational, agricultural, honey-producing, etc.) Identification, ecology, picking, toxicity- Medicinal plant workshop Workshop edible plants: preparation of a meal and collective tasting in the evening2nd day: wild plants of the mountain and subalpine stage, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.- Ethnobotanical hike in the Hautes-Bauges- Discovery of plants and their uses in the mountains- Identification, toxicity , ecology and mountain biodiversity- Sylvotherapy workshop- Tasting of wild plants during the meal break Difficulty:- 1st day: no difficulty- 2nd day: about 800m of difference in altitude
