California Barre is an intense class that mixes several disciplines together. We've taken the best of Yoga, Pilates, fitness and some dance elements to bring you a delicious cocktail. Classes last 60 minutes and are accompanied by a playlist curated with the best sounds of yesterday and today. The goal of this workout is to sculpt, lengthen and stimulate the body at all levels. Thanks to small isometric movements, you will discover new muscles hitherto unknown! The classes are intense, but the exercises are low impact and are accessible to all levels, backgrounds, ages and even certain disabilities or injuries. The physical results are visible from 2-3 weeks with a frequency of 3 classes/week. courses are given in the salt cave in order to combine the benefits of salt, the course is given in a cool and relaxed atmosphere.
