To help you learn, our instructors offer private half-day lessons.

Depending on your experience and progress, you can aim for the objectives of Level 1 and/or 2. Level 1 Objectives: Learn the basic principles for safe canyoning; Be autonomous in rappelling; Move on a fixed rope; Analyze and overcome an obstacle that does not require the installation of a rope. Level 2 Objectives: Know how to set up a releasable rappel; Know how to releasable a rappel; Know how to equip and de-equip a releasable fixed rope; Analyze and overcome an obstacle requiring the installation of a rope. The half-day autonomy course program: - Meet at our canyoning base with your instructor - Presentation and familiarization with the equipment - Access to the Angon cliff or the Angon canyon - Learning techniques on the cliff or in the canyon - Return to the canyoning base and debriefing. Who is this course for? Adults and teenagers from 16 years old. Must have already practiced canyoning at least once and know how to swim. and not be afraid of heights. What should you bring? Bring sports shoes, your swimsuit, and your canyoning equipment if you have any. The price includes the provision of canyoning equipment and supervision by a professional, but does not include accommodation or transport to the canyoning sites.
