Do you already practice canyoning and want to improve your skills and become independent when rappelling and using fixed ropes?

To guide you in this learning process, you can discover these techniques through the Level 1 Autonomy course.

The morning will be dedicated to learning these techniques on dry land on a cliff. In the afternoon, you will be able to put the techniques learned on the cliff into practice in the canyon. All the obstacles encountered in the canyon will be practical exercises, allowing you to learn how to analyze and overcome them safely. Level 1 Objectives: Learn the basic principles for safe canyoning; Be autonomous in your rappel descent; Move along a fixed rope; Analyze and overcome an obstacle that does not require the installation of a rope. The day's program for the Level 1 autonomy course: - Meet at our canyoning base with your instructor and the other participants - Presentation and familiarization with the equipment - Access to the Angon cliff via a hike - Learning to rappel and move along a fixed rope on the cliff - Picnic lunch - Descent of the Angon canyon* with several rappels to put the morning's exercises into practice - Analysis and overcoming of Overcoming each obstacle with your instructor - Return to the canyon base and debriefing. Who is this course for? Adults and teenagers aged 16 and over who have already practiced canyoning. What should you bring? Bring a picnic lunch, sports shoes, your swimsuit, and your canyoning equipment if you have any. The price includes the provision of canyoning equipment and supervision by a professional, but does not include accommodation or transport to the canyoning sites. The outing is confirmed with a minimum of 2 registered participants, with a maximum of 4 people per guide.
