Canyon Improvement Angon
Summary
The Angon canyon in the advanced version is more committed and technical than the Boîte aux lettres version.
The departure of the canyon is made by a big abseil of 35 m in the famous waterfall of Angon.
To descend the Angon improvement canyon, it is best to have already rappelled or climbed before. The more adventurous can nevertheless do it without previous canyoning experience, thanks to the experience of our guides.
You will enjoy its 6 abseiling descents, some jumps (up to 5 meters high) and its many natural slides.
- Duration in water: 2h30. Plan a 1/2 day for this Activity.
- Conditions: knowing how to swim and not feeling dizzy. From 14 years old
- Provide: A swimsuit, a towel, a second pair of sneaker type shoes, and enough to attach your glasses if you wear them.
Access from the canyon by a 30-minute hike from our base. You can also go up with your car but at the end of the descent, you will have to go back and get it with another car which takes as long as going up on foot. By climbing on foot, you reduce your impact on the environment.
Meeting point: Base Canyoning Monté Médio, 228 route du ponton, 74290 Talloires-Montmin Coming from Annecy, one kilometer after Talloires, in the village of Angon, take the entrance to Camping du Lanfonnet . Continue to the lake.
