For beginners we recommend the "Discovery" course. A very nice one-hour walk to Talloires beach. You will appreciate the view of the magnificent peaks of Lanfonnet, Tournette and Parmelan. This journey time is ideal for familiarizing yourself with paddle boarding. The first half hour allows you to learn how to be stable on your board and how to steer. Then stroll on the waters of the lake in complete serenity. A technical/safety briefing is given before each departure in order to be comfortable as quickly as possible. Practical information: Minimum age for this ride is 8-10 years old. For younger children, there is the possibility of putting the child on an adult's board for free, equipped with a life jacket. Consider sunscreen, swimsuit and towel. Remember to come at least 15 minutes in advance in order to prepare and attend the briefing.
