Our traditional cuisine featuring fish from the lakes of Savoy and regional produce is prepared by the owner of the premises and his team. Claude Agnelli, a fan of hunting and fishing, has been working here since 1978 with unfailing passion for good food, which he prepares every day. Try his daily specials, fried fish from Lake Annecy, homemade cakes and regional specialities. All dishes are made here in our kitchens. A large proportion of our lake fish comes from local fishermen. Maître Restaurateur quality label.
